Blacktail Station and Mac's Last Call

If you are looking for a solid investment with over 29 years in business, look no further. Blacktail Station Steakhouse & Mac's Last Call, to include an all beverage liquor license, are for sale! You are buying two separate buildings with a steak house and a full kitchen in the lower level, a "sports" bar and restaurant, 17 machine casino, liquor store, storage, "pizza kitchen" and a rentable party space on the main floor AND upstairs a blank slate, to be finished, with your ideas for residential rental, nightly rentals/lodging, office, retail, or any use the city allows. Or, convert it into living space and live-on site while you manage your business! The place(s) attracts regular local traffic and those who drive across state lines just for the generously-sized casino. Dillon itself has a college and is a hub for fly fishermen and women in the region, so there is year-round traffic to the popular bar and restaurants. All equipment, and most of the decor, are included with the sale. Seller has been diligent about maintaining the interior and exterior of the spaces. The business also includes a catering endorsement, which offers an excellent way to increase the bottom line. Blacktail opens in the evening and serves a fancier faire. Mac's Last Call appeals to a sports-minded bar crowd with its televisions on almost every wall and fully-stocked bar and beverage center. SELLER MAY FINANCE FOR A WELL-QUALIFIED BUYER. The upstairs spaces have been remodeled with some framing, electrical and plumbing in-place. There is no revenue generated for these two separate and open spaces, so finish them to create additional revenue and bring in clients and guests who become customers! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: this is a historic building with a handsome facade right ON Main Street and across from the museum. Security system, with monitoring and 16 cameras, pass to new buyer. Seller has retained much of the staff for several years, to include a cook that has been there 27 years!
